Goes Down
Ninety seconds from liquid to rolls, six steps, no freezer in sight. Every tub is made to order on the plate while you watch — which is exactly why the queue never gets bored.
Pick Your Base
Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, Biscoff, bubblegum — or go dairy-free with our coconut base. Same show, same taste.
Hit the Plate
We pour the liquid base straight onto a plate chilled to minus twenty-five. It starts freezing the second it lands.
Chop & Smash
Cookies, brownies, fruit, honeycomb — whatever you picked gets chopped into the mix with two spatulas and a lot of noise.
Spread It Thin
The mix is spread paper-thin across the plate and left for a few seconds to set into a solid sheet of ice cream.
Scrape the Rolls
One clean pass with the scraper and the sheet curls into perfect tight rolls. This is the bit everyone films.
Load It Up
Five or six rolls stood up in a tub, then sauce, whip, toppings and a wafer. Handed over in under two minutes.

The Graff Trailer
Our full outdoor setup
A fully wrapped catering trailer towed in and levelled on your pitch. Serving hatch, counter, twin cold plates and its own power — the loudest thing in the field.

The Pop-Up Tent
Indoors, tight pitches and marquees
A 3m × 3m gazebo with the counter, the cold plate and the whole toppings bar. Carried in by hand, set up in twenty minutes, works inside a venue or under a marquee.
- Fits through a standard doorway — no vehicle access needed
- Runs off a 13A socket, or the generator outdoors

We Bring Our Own Power
A silenced generator travels with the trailer, so we can trade anywhere — a field, a car park, the end of your drive. Indoors the tent runs off a normal socket.

Frosty Rollers started with one stubborn idea — that dessert should be worth stopping for. Not something handed over from a freezer, but something you stand and watch being made, phone out, wondering how the sheet of ice cream curls up like that.
So we found a cold plate, learned to work it fast, and wrapped the trailer in the loudest artwork we could get away with. The graffiti isn't decoration — it's the point. You should be able to spot us across a festival field.
These days we roll across Bristol, the South West & South Wales, doing weddings, festivals, corporate days and a great many birthday parties. Same plate, same show, same queue full of people filming it.

Good to know: we're fully self-contained — our own silenced generator, no water hookup needed. Fields, car parks, marquees, gardens, indoor venues: the trailer tows in, and where it can't reach, the tent walks in.
