Pick your shift
- ① Read the ticket — it names the toppings they want.
- ② Drag those tubs from the board onto that plate.
- ③ Scrub left and right to chop it through, then swipe up to scrape the curls.
- ④ Slide the roll into the tub. Sauce it first if you can spare the second.
- ⑤ The queue keeps speeding up. Build 20 rolls exactly as ordered and cash in an ease off to wind it back the same 20.
