On a phone it is left and right plus the roll under one thumb, punch and jump under the other. Nothing sits over the game itself.

Underwater it all changes. Punch fires the speargun, and jump is a stroke — tap it to swim up and forward, because holding it does nothing. He sinks slowly the moment you stop.

How you survive

  • Sprinkles are your health. Get hit and they fly out behind you — most bounce away for good, so turn round fast for the rest. Get hit with none and the shift is over. One booking hands out rings instead; same rule.
  • Land on them. Most things can be jumped on as well as punched. The heavy ones will just bounce you off.
  • Toppings, tubs and tools are scattered along the route. Carry them in and they count on the clear card.
  • Beat par and the time bonus is worth more than anything you can pick up.
